The rooms can feel cramped, especially with extra beds for kids, and noise travels easily from neighboring rooms, a major bother. No phones in the rooms make it difficult to reach the reception for noise complaints. During breakfast, expect a crowd, leading to a chaotic dining experience, and overly peppered scrambled eggs mean you'll have to be careful about your first morning bite.

Different food, had quite comfortable stay.

Location: the hotel was close to the train station and the bus station, the city center, bus station, train station and pier and the lake. It also was easy to walk into the centre as well as walk to the harbour area...

The location next to the train station was perfect for my travels. My room had large windows that let in beautiful natural light. I loved the extensive buffet breakfast with healthy options that catered to a range of dietary preferences.

A real good hotel in Vasteras. Very clean, comfortable rooms and clean toilets. The breakfast buffet was good with a spread of delicious food. Coffee was awesome. The location is perfect, just steps from the train station and Vasteras Cathedral!

Pleasant room, attentive staff, with convenient amenities such as luggage storage and 24-hour reception, making it easy for family with children to relax and explore the nearby shopping area.

All was flawless.

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet with a diverse selection. The staff is kind and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome. The location is prime, close to public transport and shopping areas, but the room was slightly basic with limited amenities.

A Nice Family Stay!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered variety, but get there early to avoid the peak rush! The spiral staircase is challenging with luggage.

The location is excellent, just steps from the train and bus station. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of healthy options and delicious French toasts to start the day right. The noise from neighboring rooms was annoying at times, and while the staff were kind, the check-in process was a bit slow. The lack of phones in the rooms made it inconvenient to contact the front desk regarding any issues.
